Pre-sales:

(1) We will recommend or customize relevant packing line and auxiliary equipment according to budget of our customers to reduce costs.

(2) We will provide suitable and economical solution in order to help our customers optimize production and staffing as well as make more profits.

(3) We will offer free-of-charge training for machines to customers at our factory and solve any technical problems raised by our customers through internet .

 

In-sales:

(1) When our machines arrive at locations of our customers, we will arrange our senior technicians to carry out commissioning about our machines by customers cost .

(2) We promise to provide operation instruction and technical guidance for our customers.

(3) Our senior technicians will conduct operation training for technicians and operators of our customers

 

After-Sales:

(1) One-year warranty and free-of-charge technical assistance for life.

(2) We promise to render maintenance and replacement services during warranty period.

(3) Free-of-charge counseling, training, installation, commissioning and remote guidance. Senior technician will be sent for door-to-door service for first installation on customers cost

(4) Response will be made within one hour when receiving requirement of after-sales service, remote guidance will be offered within two hours and door-to-door service is executable within 48 hours.

(5) Reasonable costs will be charged including after-sales service, appropriate travel expenses and labor costs.
